Our expert panel will share best practices for ordering diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures.
Upon completion of this course, participants should be able to:
- Utilize imaging exams and interventions more appropriately as compared to national benchmark volume indices.
- Improve ordering practices for imaging by applying evidence-based appropriateness criteria from National Organizations.
- Describe appropriate use of new innovations in radiologic diagnostic imaging and therapeutic procedures.
- Discuss the risks associated with adhering or departing from established best practice guidelines in a health care system.

The registration fee entitles participants admission to the symposium, all course materials, continental breakfast, refreshment breaks, and lunch during the meeting.
Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of registration fee. Registration cannot be processed without payment. On-site registration will be available; however, course materials are not guaranteed for registrations received after April 24, 2017.
Refund Policy
A $10 handling fee will be deducted from cancellation refunds. Refund requests must be received by mail or fax prior to April 24, 2017. No refunds will be made thereafter.
Conflict of Interest

Because this course is meant to educate the physicians with what is currently in use and what may be available in the future, there may be “off-label” use discussed in the presentations. Speakers have been requested to inform the audience when off-label use is being discussed.
